I had a wonderful stay and felt very welcomed by the hosts, who truly went out of their way to make my visit enjoyable, while also providing a delicious take-away breakfast that was a perfect start to my days exploring the stunning nearby coastline and the vibrant Padstow Harbour just over 6 km away.

Amazing stay with awesome hospitality!
Wow, what a fab place to stay! The breakfast was incredible (gotta try the pancakes! ). Loved the cozy guest lounge with the fire, made it relaxed after our walks. The only thing? Limited parking spaces. Paul's hospitality made our stay even better!

Delicious breakfasts and lovely garden views.
Unfortunately, our stay was marred by unanticipated disruptions. The wi-fi connection was spotty at times, making it difficult to plan our activities. I was disappointed by the noise level in the evening, which interrupted our relaxation.

the location is perfect, right in the middle of beautiful grounds and the manor has a really cozy vibe. breakfast was amazin, tons of options and everything tasted fresh and homemade. paul and his wife are super friendly, felt like we were at home. our room was comfy and had all the luxuries we needed, including a lovely garden view. it's just a fantastic spot to explore cornwall, can't wait to return.
only downside was that we wished we could've stayed longer than 3 nights. also, didn't like that we had to leave too soon!

We had an awesome group trip! The place is perfectly located just minutes from Rock and Polzeath. We enjoyed cycling the Camel Trail and soaking up the sun at the beaches. The breakfast was top-notch, and the hosts were super helpful. I loved the comfy room and cozy lounge vibe.
